All our systems are hosted in the cloud. We use Google Cloud Platform, which complies with the main certifications and offers a very high level of security.
Certification
Our servers are located in ultra-secure Tier IV data centers, compliant with ISO 27001 and PCI DSS standards.
Dedicated servers
We use our own servers, which are monitored day and night to check for security, power supply, air-conditioning or temperature faults.
Direct debit
Our servers are hosted in Europe, mainly in Belgium and Germany, and subject to European regulations, in particular the RGPD.
Access security
Private network
Our architecture is based on a virtual private cloud (VPC) and a virtual private network (VPN). None of our machines’ IP addresses are public.
Enhanced protection
A firewall controls all incoming and outgoing traffic, with IP address filtering. All transferred data is encrypted using the HTTPS protocol.
Data encryption
All data (videos, user information, passwords, etc.) is encrypted using Transfer Layer Security (TLS) and supported by SSL certificates.
Permanent control
We use a solution that identifies potential attacks and enables us to quickly close any security loopholes.

We back up all the critical elements of our systems: your data on the one hand, and all the elements that enable access to it on the other.
